Ever wondered how to get that delicious milk from a coconut, this was a first for us and it’s really simple.

We won’t be running to the store for this anymore. Living here in the tropics, the locals at Villa Vastu have taught us how to live sustainably.


We have been cooking with fresh coconut milk, homegrown turmeric and ginger roots in all of our meals. This will be a great one for all you vegan/organic food lovers!
