Our experience at the Black Pearl Villa Bali has been unforgettable. This place is an absolute luxury and comes with a butler who serves a delicious breakfast, a masseuse on request to help you unwind and it is centrally located in popular Seminyak. The villa’s kitchen was a treat for us! Spending most of our travels in hotels, the Black Pearl’s kitchen got us inspired to create something that we’ve really enjoyed locally…

After an hour-long scooter ride trying to find the local market, we stopped a friendly Indonesian man who directed us to a market that he pronounced as “Pisadaree”, not far from where we were. We followed the friendly Indonesian’s  exact orders but still could not find “Pisadaree” market and so another hour went on in search of the place. There was much confusion when we eventually gathered a local group to help us find “Pisadaree” which didn’t ring a bell to any of them. Instead, they offered us sarongs at discount.

Defeated, we headed back to a grocery store to buy the fruit we were looking for at double the price. Not far from our villa we spotted a TRADITIONAL FOOD MARKET. Pasar market was the name…
